Back in 1994, the New Hampshire courts adopted a conflict resolution program for all civil cases. Shortly thereafter, both Chris & Mark became trained mediators. Since that time, they have dedicated themselves to helping others resolve their disputes without the need for an expensive and time-consuming litigation. Both continue to serve as mediators and arbitrators in a wide variety of civil cases.

Over time, each of them has developed their own specialties in the arena of conflict resolution. Because of his expertise in insurance matters, Mark has frequently served as either an arbitrator or mediator in insurance disputes. He also sits as a mediator or arbitrator in complex civil cases. Chris has also developed mediation services for same sex couples who are in the process of separating. She has undergone extensive training to engage in this type of mediation.
