Mr. Mallory and Ms. Friedman bring more than 35 years of combined experience practicing exclusively in the civil litigation and insurance defense arena. Their wide-ranging experience includes representation of insureds, insurers and self-insured entities in complex litigation involving medical malpractice, product liability, construction accidents, mold claims, wrongful death, and other catastrophic injury claims, as well as in cases involving motor vehicle and premises liability accidents and insurance coverage disputes.

We are centrally located in Concord, New Hampshire, the State’s capital. Mark & Chris routinely appear in the Superior Courts for all ten counties in New Hampshire, as well as in the New Hampshire Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Mallory and Ms. Friedman have argued 25 New Hampshire Supreme Court and First Circuit appeals that have resulted in written opinions, many in the area of insurance coverage disputes.
